Directions from Phoenix

Continue on State Route 69.  When entering Prescott the road will split.  Take Sheldon St (SR 89 South).  Right turn on Montezuma.  Continue on Montezuma (which becomes Whipple St) until you reach Willow Creek Rd.  Right on Willow Creek.  The building is located at the corner of Pleasant Valley Dr and Willow Creek Rd.
